Finishing up my first artist residency and it’s been a remarkable experience. I’ve spent my entire career working in and for print shops and while I’ve always maintained a studio practice utilizing those shops it’s near impossible to wear multiple hats at the same time. It’s extremely difficult to play where you work so this has been a remarkably joyful week.
